There is nothing more important to us than your satisfaction! We want happy customers. SparkyPetCo.com has been selling online since 2011 and we are committed to customer satisfaction. We are a small family owned business and we work hard to ensure you get the most out of your shopping experience. Make sure to read the following information as it may relate directly to your order.
We are happy to accept returns as long as they are received within 30 days from the date of purchase and include all original packaging. Items returned with missing parts or with indications of wear (pet hair, dirty) are not eligible for a refund. All returns need an RMA # (see below).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return and getting a tracking number for your protection. Orders shipped to International addresses will have our outbound shipping charges deducted from their refund.
There are just a few items that cannot be returned-wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packages, litter boxes, booster baths and DNA kits.
All orders require an RMA number to be returned. To obtain your RMA number, please contact us at email@example.com Your email should include your name, billing address, and order ID. Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly send you an RMA number by email.
*Note: Customers who return their package without an RMA# and cannot provide a tracking number to prove it was returned will not be refunded. Sending us the tracking number makes the return process quicker.
As long as your product qualifies, is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and was shipped to a USA address a full refund will be given.
Orders returned from an International address will receive the purchase price minus shipping costs.
Once we verify that the returned products are in satisfactory shape, the refund will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. This usually takes 3-5 business days from receipt of your package.
Most orders that are shipped within the continental U.S.A qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Pictures and colors
