Sparky Pet Co Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Sparky Pet Co! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our return policy below:

  1. Return Time frame

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.

  2. Condition of Items

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
    • No returns will be accepted for items damaged due to customer misuse, miss cuts, or any other alteration.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Sparky Pet Co does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

  4. Processing of Returns

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
